Scanderbeg is now BalkansAir for Tirana-New York this summer

Summer season between the two capitals will be flown with a 767-200 operated this year by Swift Air, according to their website. Looks like Scanderbeg had a pretty bad rep and did the old marketing trick of changing names. The former site redirects here:

All white, 250 on nosewheel = 250MY, the former Maxjet bird?

Also looks like they dropped the Pristina service.

All white for now but who knows, possibly when its ready to go some paint or at least decals (hopefully) will be applied and all of the sudden it's something worth spotting.

I find these weird (and sometimes dodgy) operators fascinating and can understand many have no idea where Tirana is and don't care to know either, because they never heard of it. But to me personally it's 10x more interesting than local news such as Frontier putting a ferret on the tail of the E190.
