    AA did not get the slots they had wanted or thought they got, and had been selling flights at the wrong time.

    Canceled until May 4th for now. This is NOT good for AA in anyway, yikes!

    Hope AA and China can work something out.

    AA was given a 2:20am slot arrival versus a 1:55pm arrival they had been selling on AA.com.

    wow....they've been advertising this route on TV all the time. There goes a few mil lost on this venture thus far...

    When they add "*Subject to government approval" to ads for new routes, they mean it!

    An American spokesman said Monday that American thought those slots were "placeholders." It turns out that those are the only slots it has to work with.
