It was 2 F-18's in the special blue scheme. I missed them on TV so I could step outside to try and view them (Bedford Park area of the Bronx) did not see em but I sure heard them. Before running outside they actually had a photo of a Blue F-18 on the Jumbotron at the stadium, very cool touch I thought. Presumably they went to LGA and will depart tomorrow or Thursday afternoon based on previous experience.

I was going to ride in an try and catch them but it was raining pretty hard by my house at that point so I skipped it.

I was on the uptown platform waiting for the 2 train at Pelham Pkwy when I saw the F-18s flyby in formation, that was awesome!
