Where were you this past Saturday? They were landing/departing 4 until around noon, then switched to 22. Tsk Tsk Tsk!
I might be down for LGA early in the morning if rwy4 is in use, If 22 is in use, im gonna stay in the Bronx to spot from Ferry Point..
