That is awesome. But does the plane have the range for nonstop?

It's going to stop in Gander, Newfoundland (YQX).
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.

In no way shape for form is crossing the pond in a 737, let alone from MSP a good thing.

I think that was a rumor going around before the official announcement.

Definitely not, but the price is a good thing. Just tested a couple of dates and they're about 25% cheaper than Delta's LHR nonstops.

Yeah, you got that right. Let alone a Sun Country 737. No chance in hell would I ever book a trip trans Atlantic knowing it is on a 737 unless it is a BBJ. That is just abusive and it is to Luton on top of it. Anyone who goes to the UK or travels through the UK with intentions of being in London know's to avoid that place like the plauge. That airport is like flying to ISP for New York or Trenton for New York. Enjoy your blood clots folks.

It's not to Luton Ryan - it's to Stanstead - Stanstead is a huge airport compared to Luton. Have you ever been to Luton or Stanstead? If not, I've been to both of them and I know Luton might be small, but it's a heck of a lot cleaner than most of the MAJOR US airports. Stanstead is a great gateway to Europe.

I thought it would be from JFk but wow, from MSP on a 737!

10 years ago this would've been done with one of Sun Country's DC-10s. The thought of doing this on a 737 would have been laughable.
