    finally got to watch the video. WHAT AN IDIOT!! why would you be that close to the water moving that fast? he had it coming.

    as to the Notar, it looks like they just buckled the skiis. more than likely walked away from that one.
    it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
