The long lines disappeared so I walked right aboard the USS New York here on the Hudson. The crew couldn't be friendlier. On the flight deck was a CH-53 Super Stallion an UH-IN Huey as well as a V-22 Osprey. The well deck with the air-cushioned hovercraft was very interesting, too. All were open to the public to board. It was nice and I recommend it. The ship will depart Thursday morning for Norfolk so don't delay.
