So while I was sitting around at Firestone, not catching one of the last AA A300s, I did get a few interesting shots. Unfortunately, the sun was playing hide and seek with some clouds, usually disappearing when I needed it the most :(
It was a day for cargo 747s, starting with this Evergreen bird:
Followed by Southern Air...
And finally, a plain white Kalitta bird - registration N748CK. Airfleets.net shows this entering service with Kalitta in September 2008, so I assume it's a replacement for the 742 they lost in May of last year, I guess it's still waiting on paint?
I caught a new JB E-190 to add to my list.
Sorry the light isn't better on this one, Phil. Last time I saw this jet, it was in decidedly different colors.
Again, not great light, but I saw this El Al 744 had some interesting decals on the nose...
But here's the highlight of the afternoon - Titan Airways 752 operating as "Shamrock 2190", apparently on an Aer Lingus charter!
