    VIDEO: KC-130 refuels F-35B

don't know exactly when this happenned but is this the first USN/USMC go-fast that has been able to tank from a KC-130?
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Iffin I'm not mistaken, the F35 is a "Joint Strike Fighter" meaning it will go into service for the USN, USMC, and USAF so this might actually be a USAF exercise.

Yep, at 0:27 you see a USAF star under the tail.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.

matt, sorry to discredit you but it's not the USAF symbol, it's the regular american stars-n-bars. this airplane is the "B" model which is the STOVL version (short take-off vertical landing) going to be flown by the US Marines and British Royal Navy. USAF models will be the "A" version and will tank like all current USAF airplanes do.
