Not in that video, I am guessing no. The guy beside the slapper used his left arm behind the head to tap the guy next to him... The guy sitting next to him in the white shirt then gets up and b!tch slapps the guy behind him that did nothing. That is What I see.

I've seen the full video before. The guy doing the tapping did it several times, with the initial "victim" turning to the guy behind him telling him to cut it out.
Seeing it in slow mo, I can see the guy was slapped and not punched....which it what I first thought when seeing the vid.
