The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
Ok, again I am very sorry for the misunderstanding.

Fred, this is a little off topic but everytime I see your work I wonder "Man, what lens was he using".
Are you still using that Tamron 70-300?
Just another testament to how the photographer takes a great image not the gear.

I'll bite with a few of mine hoping for a chance at this year's invitational!

Its not the size, its what you can do with it.
Just look at what Phil can do with a quarter inch killer!
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

Great panning with that P-40! Worked out great especially with the bank.
So for all those night shots you use your kit lens or the 28-75 2.8?

I'm VERY excited to see the shots that come out of this year's! I loved everything from the last time around.
Fred, are admissions to the night based on whether people are professional or is it more along the lines of a photo contest, where winners get the access?

People cut will start with people that did not have shots show up in the mainstream from last years event (for people who have done this in the past). No matter if it is only your website, or Jetphotos, or Airliners, or local news, or magazine.... it is better than not having any picture online or in print. Many of you do incredible work, I am trying to keep the partnership going as it is wonderful on both sides and is fun. As of the new attendees, it will be judged on night photography work and previous publications and work....so yes, it is kid of like a photo contest for entry. (and I get to go this year!!! but I am not counting Moose and Myself.... I know, I am BAD!)
IF YOU HAVE HAD A SUBMISSION that was not night photos, you may want to resend Night shots....Please remember the Deadline and you have time to retake if you did not shoot night shots.
No assistants will be allowed this year to keep the photographers to a maximum.
(Phil, if you were thinking of joining us, your web site has pushed this more than any other, I think your a shoe in ....Everyone else would have to wait for the process.)

Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend this year but I did have a great time last year. Thanks again Fred!
