    Astronomy Question

    Anyone know the name of the star(planet?) that I have been seeing lately underneath the moon? Tonite i just went out with my dogs and it is really bright under the crescent moon.

    Jupiter if I am not mistaken...I thought I saw Jupiter on the news last night...

    THanks all. I've been noticing it since last month when the moon is out but tonite it looked brighter than usual.
