Viacom could go dark on TWC...and that would suck.

Say bye bye to MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and 16 others if something doesn't change by the stroke of midnight. I really hope they fix this.

They can both eat a bag of d****s as far as I'm concerned. Unfortunately Viacom has the upper hand here since nobody wants cable without those channels and customers will flee to Fios or satellite. TWC will cave and use it as an excuse to hike their already criminal rates.

The only Viacom show I watch is Colbert, and when I do I watch it on Hulu.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

I've looked into Fios, as I loathe TWC, but it's not available in Astoria yet :/

    Glad I have DirectTV!

Honestly, for what you get with cable, I think you'd be nuts not to go with satellite. We get pretty much every channel on TV (all movies/sports etc..) for $130 a month with satellite. The only downside is that we have to use cable for internet, so it's not a "package" deal.
