    Suffolk Mutual Aid Medevac

Horrendous accident yesterday on Route 347 in Nesconset, filled van vs tour bus. Occupants ejected and trapped had a huge emergency reponse. Included
in that was a number of medevac ships. I was surprised to see that Nassau PD Air Bureau was requested and Nassau 5 responded. In footage I saw that
Suffolk AU landed and used an AStar. Now SCAU has three other ships, another AStar, an EC-145 and an MD Explorer. and I wonder if they were unavailable
or they called in Nassau just in case. At least two medevac flights were flown but not sure what 2nd ship was used.
Most of the newscopters were also overhead adding to the craziness of the scene.

Suffolk PD Aviation responded with Helicopters 1 and 4
Worry is a sustained form of fear, caused by indecision.
