    NetJets Crash @ HPN

Hey guys, today around 1530, a Net Jets Citation XLS made an unexpected crash landing on RW34 @ KHPN, I saw the crash first hand and the Citation landed hard, bounced and on the second impact the left main landing gear assembly detached from the aircraft and bounced down the grass inbetween RW34 and Twy Alpha... the aircraft skidded about 1200 feet on its belly as the right MLG collapsed, and upon coming to a stop all occupants deplaned safely and the plane was removed about 4 hours later...

thanks. i lost count of how many phone calls i got about the HPN incident today. glad everyone made it out. one of my planes ended up returning to PHL as they weren't able to land in HPN.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Sorry it took so long I was out of town. N619QS was the bird in question.
