The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".
On the bright side, no one in Congress seems to be in any hurry to get this done. It was originally introduced in 2003 and failed, then again in 2005 and failed, and now stalled after being introduced in 2006.
