    That way you can call the dispatcher and tell him the storm passed and he can get you takeoff clearance

    kinda. i'm my own dispatcher (part 91 flying) so all i have to do is wake up the dude in the right seat, call the boss and we're off!
    it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
