United Airlines and its pilots union have exchanged words on the cause of over 1,100 cancellations at ORD over the past week. The airline blames a snowstorm that hit the midwest, but the pilots point out that American canceled less than 1/4 as many flights as UA, saying the problem is rooted in understaffing.
