I Need Some Photosho-ing Help!

I shot this CRJ-200 in the summer, and it looks like there was a piece of the chain link fense right in the center of my lense! :evil:

Is there any way I could remove the darkness from the fense in Photoshop?

Not without altering the photo to the point it won't look right.
