Can anyone tell me where the VHF antenna is on this bird?

Re: DC-9: Where is VHF antenna?

Generally there are 2 VHF antenna's one on top and one on bottom. usually the #1VHF is coupled to the lower antenna , while the #2 is coupled to the upper. This may not be the case with every aircraft type , but as for the Boeing's & Fokker's I am familiar with , that is the case.

Interesting to note , if you look on the 747 classic's (100,200,300 &SP's ) the HF antenna's are located on each wingtip , facing aft.
