    Another Girl for Tommy

No idea where this came from originally...

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

Good find! You should have a special section set aside for Tommy! :D

that's not a C-130, it's an MH-60. flaring our your own NOD with your own tracers can be annoying too!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

The quote under it says it's a AC130, but it does look more like a helo than a fixed wing a/c... But I dunno, I've never seen an AC-130 up close...

trust me, that's an MH-60 door gunner's position. the AC-130 guns are fixed in position and operated from inside the airplane while the MH-60 guns are able to pivot on the mount and the gunner is able to lean completely out of the helo to fire. you can see the track on which the doors slide on the bottom of the opening. the quote is just wrong. i wish we had those M134s on the doors of our helos, we were lucky to get a ma-duce from time to time (damn guard birds).
