my wife flew the lead B-25 during saturdays show,my C-47 ,unfortunately was static display only this year.
The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!

    Yeah, what is the reg?
There were two C-47's there, there was AA DC-3 and another one.
I was about to make it to the A310 Fedex but I I decided to check out the Mig-17 and the F-86.
In general for all those shots nwafan, were you just in the general publuic area, or did you go on the other side of the airport?

    Technically the DC-3 wasn't a C-47, it was cavilian...

I was in the general public area, right next to the "Upgraded seating" for Saturday, and further down later.

Nice shots from the show. All those B-25's must have been amazing!!! Anyone looking to go to this show will be pleased to hear that they are returning to the old format next year which provides a more intimate experience and better photographic opportunities. I've done the Photo Tour and Photo Pit (green outlined upgraded seating) each time the past 3 years and just could not swing it with my trip to Europe 2 days after the show. I actually had a picture of the Seahorse I took published in this years program.
