    Online access actually effects real time reservation.

    A few nights ago, I was on the phone and in the process of upgrading some of my seats on a flight.

    So after a few moments, the AAgent put me on hold so that she could finalize the details.

    Meanwhile, I was logged into aa.com, peroidically refreshing the page.
    After a few moments, I saw my reservation details change to reflect the reservation changes. As I was still on hold and started to choose my seats.....

    The AAgent came back on and politely asked, "SIr, are you online right now?"

    -"yes."

    "Can you please hold off what you are doing? You're kicking me out of the system."


    How about that? I didnt realize my actions on the net were so 'real-time' that they can affect the AAgent on the other side!
    And I, I took the path less traveled by
    and that has made all the difference......yet...
    I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.

    it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

    Interesting...I did something simiar on Delta. I was reserving seats over the phone but the changes appeared right away without me logging out.
