How'd you figure that out?

I figured he had to be some local guy, as I didn't really recognize him from the news, so I started with the City Council website and went through their photos until I came across him. When I saw his district, I knew it had to be the guy.

Did not have the time to watch it. I was too busy fighting with the inefficency of the operation today due to runway configuration which lead me to pull my h air out at the traffic jam I was working.
