    Space is at a premium at LGA.

    Theres not really room for cargo ops at this point. and the airport has a curfew as well.

    Most pax 707s and DC-8s (Damn few) are flying in foregn countries now and LGA does not normally accomodate international flights.

    Trust me I know about the curfew. I have to deal with that one with OCC every Sunday and Monday night.

    By the way, although there is no pictotal record on the net, my understanding is there were brief Caravelle and Convair 880 ops on LGA many years ago....
