Anyone been up here ever? It's right next to the mall and I was thinkin' of walkin' around and finding a good spot to get some good GA!

yeah, i went up there several times. there are several good places i know of. i cant find all of my photos to demonstrate the spots, but...
A-the mall parking lot. its on a hill and can give you a good view of runway 17 landings, or 35 takeoffs.
B- Liquor store parking lot. there is a liquor store close to the base of runway 26. You can park there, and then take a side walk to get closer. from the parking lot, i would recommend you move because you might not see planes until the last seconds before they pass you. (corner of Sugar hallow rd. and Wibling rd.
C- if you continue down Wibling road you can go to a airport building. upstairs is a pub, and there is a corridor surrounded by a fence you can take to a deck. you might look suspicious though.
D- I never really tried this spot out, but drove by it and it looks OK, for 35 arrivals.
