    TNT 747 at JFK

I thought this would warrant its own thread. I didn't even know they had these, but there's one parked at JFK right now.

It's not near the Customs Building/Icelandair Cargo area that you usually see TNT aircraft, but back near United Cargo.

I don't know what 747 version it is (only saw it briefly) and I don't know when it will be leaving.

I hope someone gets to catch this.

I believe that was on behalf of Icelandair Cargo.

I believe they were/are still flying the 757s on behalf of Icelandair Cargo. Generally would alternate with Icelandair metal. Saw one not too long ago; November. http://myaviation.net/?pid=00902754

Does the 747 replace the 757(s), or was it here apart from that? I don't know. If it does replace the 757s, I wonder if that means less frequency.

Tom's right, it's hit or miss on which aircraft you'll see.
