    Help with History

I am looking for the history of the former TWA Ambassadors Club on the 3rd floor of the Central Terminal Building at LaGuardia Airport. This is the one above the B concourse ATA ticket counters.

It has been transformed into the TSA Central Terminal Operations Center and will open in a few weeks. We kept a mural sculpture on one of the walls and we are looking for the origin of the sculpture.

Rumor has it that the sculpture was commissioned by Howard Hughes.

    Any info is appreciated.

i've heard about this and saw a picture of it in some old book in a library right by the empire state building. it was a biography of howard huges and history of TWA. this had to have been almost 10 years ago (damn i feel old now.)
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
