    Virgin America A-320 @JFK 1/14...

    A Virgin America A-320 landed at JFK today about 1430...anyone else see it??...any ideas why its here?...I thought the DOT had rejected the application so far to fly.

    I saw it land on 31L. It actually went to the same hardstand at the end of T4's Concourse A that it was at last time.

    Though they were rejected, I understood that they still had the chance to reapply if they reorganize their company. I don't think that rejection for "badforeignownership" was the end of them.
