Dead birds prompt Austin downtown shutdown

Really weird. Also, I don't like coincidences and the fact that this is happening the same morning of the gas smell in NYC.

They say "10 block stretch in the heart of Austin", meanwhile the city has like 3 buildings taller than 5 stories and is roughly the size of a broken down refrigerator box.
