Is constellation a new start up airlines?, Beacause I saw this name in Air train station and I wonder if this is a new airlines start up or something else.

It's another name for Primaris.

As I understand it, Primaris is really a travel ageny selling charter to theri destinations. The "Primaris" titles havebeen taken off the aircraft, and their luggage tags and name on the departure screens say "Constellation".

That's interesting, must be some legality involved as Primaris at one time very much intended to be an operator.

Or they screwed so with their shoddy operation that they didn't want the public to know they are Primaris.
