If I remember correctly Freedom Air supposed to operate up to 12 Dash DHC-8, and 6 ERJ-145s.
Lately I haven't seen them at IAD. Comair took 2 out of 2 Freedom Air Dash flights. Now they only use ERJ-145 on 2 flights to JFK.
DHC-8s are from AC Jazz, US Airways Express and America West Express.

We used to see quite a lot of these birds at YOW, but they seem to have dwindled. Must have flown south for the winter :-). Jazz still has 63 of them in the fleet according to their website. We do get a Q-400 10x daily (new airline), which is a beautiful plane to watch.
