HELP! Someones used my photo without permission!

This has never happened to me before, what should I do?

It has your name at the bottom...how'd they get that? Or was it just from the photo's name that wass on Anet or JP?

Look on the site and get their contact info. Tell them that you did not give permission for that usage, and that they must remove the photo from the site immediately.

If they refuse, tell them you'll send them an invoice for a sum of money (I'd say $500), and that if they don't feel like paying you for the photo, that your lawyer will be in touch for copyright infringement.

They must have gotten the name from Flickr.

I sent them an email saying either contact me to work a deal out or remove the picture immediatly.

http://www.jetphotos.net/viewphoto.php?id=5768695 -this was the photo that was stolen (quite a nice one if you ask me ;))

I will keep everyone updated as this moves along.

It appears as though they removed it, unless I'm not looking in the right place.

Just recieved an email from him saying he removed it. I sent an email back thanking him and telling him to ask next time before using one of my photos.
