Alright, Nick, I tried A.net again...it only took 15 days, but they accepted one of my F-14 at FRG photos - my first on A.net:

Hey Guys,
Its been a while since I've been able to get on here. I have been busy with school so haven't had time to photograph anything, read the forums or check out photos. However I did take not of the F-14's at FRG post which had some great pics!!
Here is my latest upload to A.net which I dug out of the archives. I took it in 04 when I was in the States.

So now that I have a photo on A.net, I'm checking out all the various stats and other info they have available about your photos. One interesting one is a "links" page, that lets you see where viewers are coming from. Most of the hits on my F-14 photo are from either here or A.net, but a bunch came from a message board posting on Tomcat521.com, the "Chinese F-14 Tomcat Fan Club Online" in a topic named "VF-31 at Long Island". It's all in Chinese, but from what the Babel Fish translator can figure out, Frank from Shanghai Jinan China posted the shot with the comment "In on performance AJ-100, attention vertical stabilizer new symbol!"
Who even knew there was a "Chinese F-14 Tomcat Fan Club Online"?
The Internet is a strange and fascinating place...

Now is it just me? Is this second shot really blurry?

Thanks, Greg. It's a Canon 300D and the 100-400L IS lens. He was about 300' AGL, and about 200' laterally from me.Originally Posted by Greg_NY

Nice shots, John - I love the color of the sky! With my trip to Wrigley, I haven't gotten a chance to go through my shots, but I love the angles you get from Planeview on 22 departures.
Second shot doesn't look too bad to me, maybe a little soft around the titles on the fuselage & engine.
