Overheard on JFK TOWER - S Turns are fine, U-Turns are bad....
Sounds like it could be Kitty Hawk.
We also get, on occasion, Champion Air and "Pan Am".

The unmarked Expressnet 727 is a rare visiter to JFK as well..but I haven't checked any of the trackers this week, so I don't know.

There are a bunch of them that fly regularly into JFK. The cat, Kitty hawk,DHL usually has 2, FedEx has one or two.. Whats sweet is seeing DHL in the early AM with their 727 followed by the 707 or DC8 Im not sure which one it is.
