Love that last one Eric. The big and small of JFK.

So...now that the hoopla is over, what is the difference between a 'sharklet' and a winglet- they look the same
-

Winglets are so Boeingish... Sharklets are much more cool, Airbusy like... it goes well with the joystick controls...
It should be called a Tail-let as it looks more like a tail than a wing but that's just me ...

Ah...but never fear. We poor Boeing pukes are not satisfied with mere oceanic-sounding "sharklets". We will soon be sporting extra-terrestrial sounding "split scimitar" winglets!

You're right...they do! I'll be interested to see one up close... I have the impression UAL will replace the winglets on all the airplanes with the new ones.

Wow nice belly shots I didn't know jetBlue got the 737NG, oh my bad, I need to scroll all the way down.

Great catches guys!
I'm gonna miss the original A320 winglets. The whole look of the plane has changed.

Glad to see they painted the inside of the sharklet Blue as well since the current jetBlue Airbus winglets are unpainted on the side facing the cabin
which IMO looks boring. Congrats to jetBlue for what appears to be a very successful first sharklet mod and glad to see it was done in house as well.
