I just installed an Alpine CDE-9874.
The amp that I intend to get is a Hifonics Zeus 1000w to run the speakers at 500w at 2ohms.
What kind of hearing aide will you be wearing in a year? ;) When I had my truck years ago I had a Sony Elite system, dam thing was fantastic!
Do I hear Ludacris playing already ?

Circa 1993, this little ditty goes out to you, Stuart, because you are now officially a "Jeep Ass N***a".
Yeah, a few 12s and an amp can't compete not only with my own system, but with my rusted Borla and lack of a cat converter. :)Quote:

But seriously, though, not a bad system. I bet your Barry Manilow sounds great.

Oh **** man that was fricken hilarious! I almost pissed my pants when that 6 foot wall of water engulfed those two cars LMAO! Next time warn a brother so cameras can be at the ready!
LMAO..Andy and I were a way back - but we saw the towers of water - wish we'd been closer to see it close up!!
Mark it was priceless. Phil was at a dead stop. Then all you heard was the screech of the tires, and the rumble of the motor, and then just water...everywhere. Brian and I were howling!

Mark and I did witness the splash heard round the world from several cars back, man was that entertaining! That was one deep a$$ puddle. I wasn't sure Kenny's little corolla was going to make it through that thing LOL
