Penang & Kaula Lumpur (WMKP & WMKK)

Hi,
Took a side trip to Penang last 2 days. An excellent tourist place to visit for great beaches and food.... but even better for spotter ! Excellent 50mm access to Rwy action, however traffic is light. Heres few from the first 2 days...

WX is funny ... sunny skies will change to pouring rain in no time! But there are always good opportunities.

Sure enough... its the F1 logojet :) And come March 21-23, F1 is in town @ WMKK. On second 380 pic...you can see the stadium and track right in the background next to Rwy 32R/14L

Raj: great picture and I am sure you are having so much fun in Asia that you don't want to come back :)
