So it’s been awhile since we've had one of our Long Island NYCA contingent dinners and I think it’s about time we do one! As always anyone is invited, it’s not exclusive to Long Islanders although we do it out in Suffolk. How about Feb 9th at our favorite Chinese restaurant Peninsula at 7:30?
Sat. Feb 9 at 1930, sounds like I am clear as of now.
I have another dinner planned at 7PM for that night, but I will see if I can stop by.

Well can everyone make it on Sunday then? Fred hasn't been to one of these in ages....moving it for Fred is worth it.
Sunday the 10th works for me, will be great to have Fred along.

If we are doing Sunday, may I suggest we move it earlier to 5 PM? It tends to be a bit quieter the earlier you go on the Sunday.
They open at 11 AM but I'd suggest something earlier than 7 PM if on teh Sunday.
Thoughts anyone?

Throat feels like I swallowed razors.... I guess I will not be spreading any illness tonight. I am truly sorry I am going to miss this guys!
It just wont be the same without you Fred. Feel better.
Tried and true remedy is to have a glass of room temperature tequila at first sign of said sore throat.
I learned this in Torreon, Mexico and it works well to soothe the throat. Feel better. Bummed to hear you cant make it, unless of course the remedy works fast :wink: Give it a go! try it and amybe we MIGHT see you later :)
