Wed. 1-9, I picked a pretty good day to a do a double as LGA had several nice visitors. Started with Air Canada A-320 C-FFWN 'Symphony of Voices"
[airlinerstp://www.airliners.net/open.file/0575290/L/[/airlinersLater in the day Midwest brought in an MD-80, had the PSA and Steelers Special Schemes plus FOUR visits by the Piedmont Pacemaker, working the Shuttle, but the highlight by far was an almost exact recreation of this photo of mine (excuse the shameless plug)
http://www.jetphotos.net/viewphoto.php?id=5639695.
Landed on same runway in very similar light, sadly no new photo was obtained.
Cheers

Friday 1-11, as I walked down the concourse towards work I looked over at the Shuttle gates and all 3 in a row parked side by side where the following US A-319's. Piedmont, Panthers, and Star Alliance.

[airlinerstp://www.airliners.net/open.file/1234110/L/[/airlinersAlthough no photos yet on a.net or JP its being flying for a while with no titles or tail logo, just the red and black lower stripes.

Wed 1-16, DL 737-832 N3766, wavy gravy scheme but winglets, no photos yet since winglets added, it appears this is now being done fairly quickly as several DL 738's are now winglet equipped. It was my first sighting of one, looked pretty cool !

I nabbed a DL B738-W out in Vegas, but the clouds were out. I'll post it in the Vegas 1/12 thread hopefully tonight.

Somehow I've managed to see that plane flying overhead at least three times, and I always wondered what the hell it was but never researched it. The last time was just last night, it was quite low and loud over Midtown, no higher than 2000 feet, heading southwest, I figure headed to EWR. Anyway, thanks for solving my mystery!
[quote=GothamSpotter]As I walking out across the Express ramp around 2145 last night I saw her parked on A6 so she was LGA bound when you saw her last night, should have been a very early departure back North on Thursday morning.Quote:

Donald Trumps VP-BDJ just made a heavy, long, loud, and smokey departure off 31 for the long ride down to BWI, then on to PBI, I never tire of seeing this Boeing depart.

Really pretty G-IV departed 31 complete with a Boston Red Sox logo on the tail, never even saw a photo of this one before, "Beautiful Airplane".

N727PN is here, parked right next to where VP-BDJ normally is.
AA 75W just planted on 22.
Sunday 1-21: Todays highlight was the Amerijet Zero G 727 making another vomit comet run over the Atlantic, the 727 arrived Sat night and I don't it departed. As Trumps VP-BDJ returned from PBI a few hours later there "should" be as I can't see Five Towers from our Tower 3 727's, their as Peter Nygards 727 has been here for a few days.

And finally regular visitor BBJ N129QS arrived from PBI.

With more and more of them getting the bendy wing treatment I dont think its such a rare visitor anymore. All 737's have been completed as well as a decent amount of the 757'sQuote:

Wed 1-23: Well the Zero G 727 went for another Zero G flight out over the Atlantic
http://flightaware.com/live/flight/AJT223
As with Mondays flight a long right turn after departing 31 over the Bronx then SE bound passing by LGA and over JFK. With the bright skies and distinve color scheme I was able to watch her for over 10 mins after departing LGA.
As I type this the 727F is scheduled to ferry to ICT

There is a private 727-200 due in from ATL at around 1108L. The registration, however, is being blocked out by the tracker.

A USAF 737-700 is sitting over at 5 Towers in all her glory and next to Donald's three cigar beauty is N31TR as well.
USAF C-40 left today around 1600 local.
AAL has a 75W resting in front of thier hangars. should we even consider those unique visitors anymore? they're getting to be more frequent, but they are still rare all things considered...
No disrespect Matt but these are basically daily visitors. I can't remember a day at work in the last month when I did not see one and some days as many as 3. I believe AA has around 25-30 converted so far with many, many more to come. But they are way cool and nice addition to the daily grind of normality at LGA.Quote:
