Who wants to take some 'air to air' pictures of the CF-18?
Hi all,
I am a aerial photographer from the Netherlands, and next weekend I will be at NY to shoot some air to air pictures from the CF-18 from a civil photoship.
I am looking for some serious aviation photographers who like to fly with me to shoot some pictures in the air.
The reason for working with local guest photographers is spreading the bill of the renting for our photoship, because this plane (King Air) is quite expensive.
Please note, I am not making money on this event! it's just to spread our bill and let another photographers experience photoflying with jets, which is for most aviation photographers always a dream....
At this moment I have 3 seats available on the 27th for guest photographers on a one hour flight with the Canadian CF-18. During the flight the side door will be open to shoot the pictures. I will bring the harnesses, and stuff to protect falling out of the aircraft.
Before the photoflight the guest photographers need to be at the safety briefing, where they have to sign a waiver of liability, and a copyright waiver. no briefing means no flying!
Here some examples of the quality witch you can get when you fly with the door open.

If you are interested in this once in a lifetime experience, just send me a email on [email protected] and show me some of your previous made work.
When you want to see some more pictures, take a look on my website http://www.airtoair.nl
Regards, Laurens

Hi,
The photoflight is now scheduled for 1400 hour LT
The copyright waiver is just one simple rule: No selling to the big aviation magazines. Some small local magazines is no problem, but you always have to contact me before publication.
Not because then I can sell my pictures for a lot of money, becous the magazines won't pay you a lot of money for those pics. But its just to protect that not 4 photographers try to sell the same pictures to one magazine.
Thanks, Laurens

Shame I'm in Seattle...do you shoot with a gyro?
Re: Who wants to take some 'air to air' pictures of the CF-18?
Not for nothing but, I'd have to contact you after paying $750 to you to get permission from you to use a shot that I took? Great deal but no thanks.

I am sorry guys, but I can't do this cheaper, at this moment I a have a gap of $2000, so when you thought that I am making money on this flight......
And about the Copyright, The rule is only related when you sell them to a magazine, you can post the everywhere on the internet without permission.
