US botched my IND-PHX-IND route in December by applying a voucher as a free r/t instead of a dollar-based coupon, so I'm losing 2,970 miles. Hmph...
Brian
PS - Also, if anyone has ideas for a US or UA mileage run out of NYC or IND/ORD, please let me know.
I had mentioned earlier that I would possibly be visiting Puerto Rico for a week in November but those plans have been scrapped and our yearly Thanksgiving trip to Madrid is officially set! :D
I'm very excited because this will be my first time flying Swiss and flying through ZRH!

I flew ZRH-MAD on a Swiss A-321 in 2001 and what a scenic flight it was. Started out with great views of the Alps, then the French Rivera and right over the top of the city of Nice, France and it's cool airport. And finally most of Spain. You mentioned a long layover in ZRH which you will really enjoy but I hope the flight is at least partially in daylight ? Anyway have a great time!

Sometime in December before the chrismas loads bulk up I am going to be doing a party run to either MIA or San Juan on CO or my own carrier. If I go on CO I am just going to bleed off the miles I have with skyteam so I can be done with that.
Sounds like an exciting flight. My departure time is 16:50 so hopefully I'll have nice sunset on our way to Madrid. My flight back leaves MAD at 9:50am and gets into ZRH at 12:05pm so that flight will of course be during the day.Quote:

That is a lot of traveling to do in such a short period of time, I envy you. Thanks for supporting SkyBus and SWF. ;)
Out of curiosity what is the purpose of the trip to Dubai? I'd love to go there sometime.
I guess all the traveling is one of the perks of waiting a year before going off to college, eh? :borat:
Yes, it's crazy and all begins in two weeks!Quote:

If someone told me I would be doing all of this flying I would have called them crazy.
I've wanted to go to DXB for a number of years now and everything just fell into place in terms of price and schedule.
By the way, I start school in February (they then since they're in the southern hemisphere and our winter is the beginning of their fall).
Early December me and Nicole are going to fly down to Atlanta for a Thrashers Rangers game. right now it looks like we are going to just fly US via CLT but when we get closer I may just go Delta direct depending on what flights are looking like.

I didn't know United was still running a 777 back and forth between IAD and DEN...I used to take those to DEN on occasion. The first time was an accident...I was supposed to change in ORD, but they cancelled my flight to ORD, and had me go through IAD instead. And they put me in business class on the 777 because coach was full. Good times...I should post about it in the airline meal thread.Quote:

I've decided to change my itinerary by extending my trip home next week. I'll be staying 5 extra days; this way, I'll get to photograph the A380 at my home airport. It was only $32.00 to change the itinerary, so, I figured I'd go for it! Here are my flights:
Nov. 20, 2007
EWR-LAX
AA 119

How did it only cost you $32 to change your trip? AA charges a change fee ontop on the difference in the fares.Quote:
