Anyone catch CanJet today?
I saw it in the lineup for 13 but didn't grab a pic. Any idea why it was here? There was another charter yesterday, a United 319 as UA9904 I think.Quote:

So pretty much the same as when he tells them in person. :P :lol:Quote:

Otherwise its just a complete cluster**** here today. Planes everywhere on the taxiway and nothing moving....
As another note and you might not have seen it but Hank Aaron is on the side of the NC 757 from DL.
AA 752W was in. Onm it's first approach the timeing was no good with a departure and he made a nice shallow climb out on the missed. Next attempt was with no blunders. She is taxing past my windows right now. LGA is a parking lot today.
just heard a Gulfstream IV land on 13 with the emergency vehicles waiting ... N663P from Houston Hobby
Darrell
Afirm, she deplaned on the taxiway. Emerg. unites on scene.
Heres the Pink Delta from today...It sat in the exact same place for a good 30 mins, just like every other plane today...

must be nice to have the AM shift. the only rareties i saw were the hank aaron DL and AA 752W. actually had a little point-and-shoot i stole from my brother with me so i'll hopefully get to editing them soon. as for that guys, goodnight!
Two Miami Air 734's were here today. The Heat jet and ther one with the funky rainbowish tail.
N821AM rolled long on 31 early this morning. she's headed to KBHB a little later....

The two hornets and the drop created a TFR for us at LGA on departures and than we were treated to a fine carrier like landing on the closest thing to a carrier in NY. They were quite pretty in their formation flying the show as well over Yankee Stadium. No ETD on them though I am expecting it to be tomorrow. The Golden Knights team Fokker went elsewhere.
LGA is landing on 13 and departing on 13 right now. Got to love 13 arrivals!
matt i think i parked next to you in the lot the other day. anyway, we're back to the usual landing 22 and departing 13. i was about to get mad when i noticed the last 13 arrival touching down, but the wx isn't that good and then i saw the first mad dog coming in on 22. at least i flew yesterday!
the two hornets just departed. the second kept it low and started his bank right by my office. nice view, loved the noise!
What makes you think it was me?Quote:

PM, guys.
Hank Aaron came in today. He is becomeing a normal visitor at LGA though.
Saw an MD-80 heading east over upper Manhattan real low this morning, sure enough...
ILS DME RUNWAY 13 APPROACH IN USE
Yep I was going to post that but did not have enough time. We are still landing 13 and we were also for a while departing it. We opened 4 to departures due to demand issues though and wind does not hurt. So far it has been a good day and thankfully because I am on a double up here today.
We are back to a normal and much more favorable configuration for ease of conjestion so we are now landing em on 22 and getting em' out on 13.
I know the US Retro schemes are old news to most of you but for anyone still wanting shots all 3 (PSA, Piedmont, and Allegheny) are scheduled on the US Shuttle most of the week meaning at least 3 LGA visits each per day.

PCE935 just departed to ACY: http://flightaware.com/live/flight/PCE935
got a brain teaser for you helo guys. anyone know who operates a blue-and-white dauphin helicopter in the NY area? i saw one overhead the LGA tower headed for the city as i was driving in, and another departing LGA also westbound as i was pulling into the employee lot a little later. i didn't get a tail number, and not sure about the details of the paint job. i was concentrating on not hitting the guy in front of me.
N733UW, The US PIT Steelers A-319 is enroute to LGA on Monday 9-3 ETA 1501 US 1644.
