wow it's been a while....
...anyway:
27 October
1730L
a bent-wing C-32A just landed here at LGA as "Air Force Two."
1810L
and now, she's gone... sure is pretty!
30 October
1135L
picked up an early shift, parked and saw N988LS on the other side of the fence. for those that don't recognise the reg, she's the Las Vegas Sands G-VI.
1410L
i stand corrected, it was N588LS and she just departed to KLAS.
Also I saw an F/A18 depart out of 13 this morning as well, I took a shot as it flew over me in the Bronx
06 October
1400L
N835BA was parked with the L1 door open. she's Boeings Company BBJ.
not far from Boeing's BBJ there was a USAF C-37A parked all plugged up. 01-0029 is her serial number, formerly N624GA.
1550L
N946AT was palling into alleyway when one of my coworkers spotted it. she's the airTran Ravens schem, i'm not inpressed....
07 Nov
Over a 3 hour period today 3 unmarked militay versions of the G-V departed.
2 Where US Navy C-37B's 166378 and 166379 and the middle one was
a USAF C-37A 01-0029. Found it a little odd that all left in a 3 hour period.
But the highlight for me was N711HK, "The Herbert D Kelleher" and one of 3
Southwest 737-700's in their classic Gold scheme, really pretty I think !
Cheers

Probably carrying the brass that attended the USS New York commissioning. Lots of top Navy folks on hand, as well as Sec of State Clinton. I imagine that once the ceremonies were over, they all needed to head back to work.Quote:

I cought 2 out of 3 of the old SW 73Gs.. I got N792SW at LGA and N711HK in PHL.. I surprised I didnt see this at LGA yesterdayQuote:

Airtran's Colts 717 was in LGA tonight, saw it sitting at the gate while we were outbound to SYR just after sunset.
Also not necessarily new...but a Republic E190 in Midwest colors landed at about 2140 local...and I threw up a little bit.
Good stuff.Quote:

N745VJ is more of a regular visitor at LGA along with N744P and N742PS..Quote:

Looks better than the old colors though.

Saw the 727 from the M60 today but did not know who's it was. It departed 13 around 2100 lcl Thur night for RST (Rochester, Minn). A co-worker pointed it out as it was rotating and in the dark all I could tell was 727 and Blue tail. Personally I like it. big improvement.
Two other notes. It arrived 2 days ago from Brunswick, Georgia which it was just reveleed that it where is Trump had his repaint so I assume that is where it got sprayed and this is its first trip in the new scheme.
Also the only reason most people go to Rochester, Minn is it is the home of the Mayo clinic so hope Mr Nygard is ok?
Oh and Dashtrash you need to come upstairs to the Ramp Tower and say hello ! Nice shot !
Cheers

13 November
1445L
a USN C-37 departed, didn't catch the numbers on the tail.
1545L
no that mr. trump's airplane is back from the shop he wasted no time to get out of the cold. VP-BDJ just departed to MIA.
Sure! PM inbound...Quote:

i love the lines on the Global Express, looks even better in the low winter light. one just departed, going all the way to Bedford, ME as EJM989.
27 November
2200-2245L
A6-ARK, Embraer's first Lineage 1000 arrived at LGA. At first i thought it to be an Execjet 737, but figured it out when i got to the parking lot. she's parked in Trump's spot, though without my SLR a shot was unattainable. beautiful airplane and an unmistakable scheme, even though i did:
28 November
1100L
A6-ARK is still here....
1405L
N335NB is here, a NWA A319 still painted in NWA colors! they're becoming rare sights these days.
1645L
C-GOJZ just taxiied out of the alley, ACA Jazz CRJ-705.
Sorry it's a couple days late...this flashy Hawker departed on Nov 28th for Waterbury-Oxford, CT (KOXC)

Wow, that has worse jaggies than CSA!
02 December
1330L
A6-ARK is gone, don't know when she departed but i wish i didn't miss it.
N108MS is here though, parked all the way out on "E."
1430L
VP-BDJ is getting ready to fly, no flightplan on file right now.
VP-BPZ is filed for a 1920L arrival from CYYZ tonight.
i saw that hawker that dashtrash posted, was walking across the ramp on my way in. definitely a very unique scheme!
I have a picture in a diffrent scheme of that Hawker taxing on Alpha in diffrent colors from a few years ago. I am not a big fan of that scheme. I will try to find my shot to post later.
