N757SS arrived from KPIE:
Funny story about the New Mexico One arrival. When I departed LAX this morning at 6:10am the aircraft was parked at Terminal 1 and when I was leaving LGA this evening after arriving from LAX, via ORD, I saw it on short final!
The Texas Rangers/Dallas Stars 757 N757SS is inbound to LGA to drop the Texas Rangers off from a series in Tampa to play the Yankees.

N161HL is a lovely EMB-190 that's painted in Midewest Connect colors. complete surprise. airplane is ex VH-SXK and looked wonderful in the evening light. she arrived as RPA9048 and departs as RPA9049, round trip to/from MKE. looks to be replacing a 717.

1925L
And the days expected highlight, N757SS took the Texas Rangers to MSP for their series with the Twins, nice looking airplane.

N139DL just taxxied past the office on her way to ATL. looks like delta made a very smart decision today, they've upgraded to a 767 the night before a holiday weekend. if only more carriers did that, there'd be some nice traffic to watch.

it's been an interesting day so far. N753MA just arrived. skytypers followed closely behind, made a nice left break....
Reportedly she was here to pick up the President of Iraq, Jalal Talabani. Around 3pm, N753MA taxied to the active while escorted by two PAPD trucks and an NYPD boat patrolling the water just behind the end of 13.Quote:

Any idea who owns N835BA? Might be the purtiest BBJ I've seen. FAA owner records only show the lending bank.
It's owned by Boeing, part of their Executive Flight Operations group.
Thanks, thought that might be the case with the BA in the reg.
Gotham, as John said it's owned by Boeing by what I find interesting is they acquired
it used, spending 3 years with NetJets and later Sharejet in the same livery.

Ron, airfleets.net hasn't worked in weeks. :(
Anyone know what the thing is on top of the tail?
I believe it's a SATCOM antenna IIRCQuote:

Don't wanna hijack the thread, but I've tried it from different computers with different browsers on each and all I get it a blank white page. I'll look into it. It's too valuable of a resource to not access.
Weird, today it seems to be working.Quote:
