I have been to Brazil 5 times. Never been to Portugual but my parents have. Hard to say. In Sao Paulo it's such a mix you have to travel to some of the outer parts of the country like Natal to get the real portuguese effect. I would rather go to Portugual though, it sounds wonderful, would love to do Spain too.
