I had meaning to mention this, weekdays only this is now a regular visitor. It arrives around 1330 and leaves at 1430 from/to YYZ and always parks on A6, a nice little addition to the normal mix.Quote:

sorry ron, you were um... wrong.
Sitting here waiting to leave for Canada, again. Delta had a 763 here and the Piedmont bird is in town.
While Taxing in this evenig I saw an American 763 at the D gates.
Welcome Home Tommy, yes AA brought in 763 N185AM for a MIA turn replacing a broken 757 and DL brought in N610DL on the 1459 departure to ATL, ironically at LGA at the same time Habitat for Humanity should have been at JFK. And becomig very common but there where also a couple of Piedmont Pacemaker visits.
Cheers

another common visitor are AA 738s equipped with winglets. love seeing that wing on climbout...
Wed Dec 20th Chautauqua brought in one of their first CRJ-200's in a partial Continental Connection scheme operating for a few days for US Express.
Here is N656BR exterior:

Ah very interesting Ron. That's a former Fly I bird, same interior to as Fly I.
While driving on the LIE, I saw this rare LGA visitor around 7:15am...

i would have loved to be the only flying 804MS. KBED-LKGA-KBOS-KBED. the KBOS-KBED leg was only 2 minutes, wonder if they even pulled the gear up since they cruised at 3000 ft.
Peter Nygrad or whatever his name is had his 727 sitting right next to MR. Trumps today. Two flashy three holers.
And I was just walking to the train from school, LGA traffic always flies overhead. I saw a United 737 in new colors on approach.
TZ just brought in a 752, probably turning outbound to MDW. Trump also departed 4 just now bound for PBI.
DL subbed a couple of 763s for ATL service (normally 752s) this morning, and probably others throughout the day.
The TZ 757 Cancidas mentioned also visited LGA on Thur 2-15 departing around 2000. Thursday 2-15 was a nice day for photography for me at work as we had bright sunshine, snow on the ground and up and down Rwy 31. Got about 25 nice shots, you should see a few when time permits, here are two for now

totally love the views from our office ron.... tell me again how lucky we are to work there, i keep forgetting!
Today. Wed Feb 22 was US A-319 day at LGA. During my shift starting at 1300 I saw the Eagles, Piedmont. Allegheny, PSA (twice) and N700UW Star Alliance 3 times. Many where in low light or darkness and due to ramp control duties missed the ones in the good light as far as photo's but still added to the enjoyment of going to work. As cancidas said we do have a great view at work. I learned today that the Panthers and Steelers Special Scheme 319's are planned for painting in late August just prior to the NFL Season. And on the west side the Arizona and Nevada 319's are scheduled for April repaint. As I type this an old colors DL 763 just taxied by heading for ATL replacing the scheduled MD88 !

ron, don't forget about the pilatus, avanti, citation 2, 3 and the G-V that taxiied past today.
DL 693 was also operated by an old color 757 today (2/22), N692DL. I wonder how many of the old scheme birds are left?
AAL 752W just landed on 31, cam in from MIA as AAL724. damn they look good!
http://flightaware.com/live/flight/AAL724
Last night we had an ATA 753 in here and today we had Comairs 25th ann. scheme taxi past us. It looks like a fli[pping tube of crest. And PSA made its smileing appearnce as usual today making my girlfriend very happy. That plane to her is like Pinky to Mel.
it's a clear blue sky, about 50* and getting warmer and LGA is departing 22. yes, i said 22. with rwy 13/31 down for painting we're up and down 22. did i say we're departing 22? GET OUTSIDE!!!
*yawn* Get back to us when they're landing on 4. :)
Matt, I thought a NWA A-319 was going to cut my head off on the employee shuttle back to the lot it rotated soo late.
Will 13/31 be closed tomorrow as well?
Probably not. The closure is usually due to construction, which is done on Saturdays since it's the slowest day of the week at LGA.Quote:

4/22 will be closed fom 0600 until 1400 tommorow for painting. by the way, 401TZ just passed by sporting a radome stolen off a UA sister-ship.
March 28:
AA Astrojet
US Eagles A319
AA700 HVY just arrived, a 767-300. i didn't realize it 'till they rolled out, so i missed the ship number.
Arrived from DFW, supposed to head back there at 11:59am.
LGA was arriving 13 when i got to work. what was worse, it was the river visual in use. i was SO mad that my airplane is stuck in PBI for the next month... what's worse, nobody would lend me an airplane!! it's only been about 5 years since i've logged a landing at LGA on 13 too!
there was a Hawker with winglets here today, and a G-IV with no reg but just "093" on the tail. the airplane only had 2 windows on the right side and the full 5 on the left. it also had what looked like an emergency door behind the waindows but fwd of the engine intakes. callsign was "JAB 310."
found out it's operated by the US Navy: http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1126205/L
The Comair 25th special livery flew over me as I was heading towards JFK.

The Canadian Crest jet. It whitens my teeth everytime I see it!
Air Canada brought the 767-200 in tonight along with an A-321. Peter Nygard or so it looked like had his 727 at LGA as well but I am not positive because it was 0230 hrs. when I went past it.
Wed 4-18, Another Air Canada 762, second one in three days, white body with NC tail. N888TY still at 5 Towers (landed Tues afternoon) and the Eagles US 319 was doing BOS turns so saw it 3 times in my 8 hour shift.

I missed the USAirways Eagles on take off but i saw land again a few hours later.
Nice BBJ....Wonder what reason AC would put on a 767 for what is presumably a short flight?
