My D70 took a dive not too long ago (my daughter has been using it) and the Flash no longer locks down... I loved that camera... especially the rare 1/500sec flash sync
Well, I felt like shooting inferior-quality photos, so I switched to Canon to try to challenge myself :) Actually, I believe part of the reason was Nikon not having something that rivaled Canon's 100-400 IS, amongst other things. But when I was shooting film, the Nikon F5 was amazing. Unfortunately, I sold off all my Nikon gear (save a remote flash cord) in order to fund my inferior Canon purchases :) If Nikon made an improved 80-400mm, I would consider switching back.Quote:

unfortunately they have been grounded UFN due to a flight controllability issue!
Thanks Matt. That Falcon was one of the best I saw in SXM and likely the rarest bird in my collection right now. Was glad to have been there when they arrived. Judging from the pictures on the net, she is rarely seen in the air.
