According to Flightaware, a Briansk State Air Enterprise Yakvolev Yak-40 is at WRI getting ready for a flight out to Nellis AFB, I don't find truth to this as the Briansk Yak-40s are pretty much all obsolete and cant fly more than 1,000 miles!
The BRK callsign is usually used by the NATO-pool C-17s that operate out of some base in Hungary.

Not that it matters with this weather and this much advance notice, but a Volga-Dnepr Antonov 124 should be landing at Stewart in the next 15 minutes.
I was tipped off on the AN124 moments after it was posted here. I grabbed my camera, jumped in my car, and got to Stewart just in time to see the tail vanish behind the trees and it moved down the runway. Missed it by THAAAT much!
Unfortunately, they parked it on the south ramp today, right behind the NYSP Aviation Unit building. that area is pretty much impossible to get a clean shot of these days. I sat around for a while, grabbing a few obstructed shots of it as they raised the nose, and lowered the floor down for loading, but I had to leave long before it departed.

@Megatop looking at flightradar24 I see it yesterday 1530 just west of KEF headed west. Tough if you look for D-ATUJ there is a Departure time for KEF but no Arrival time or Airport. So I guess it arrived at some point in EWR and may not left.
EDIT: Just found it at 1857 UTC at the border between Newfoundland and Quebec
