Two Hundred Fifty Knots in that thing! And it looks vastly different than most other aircraft. The only downside is you gotta build it yourself, but if I'm rich, I can just buy one that someone already finished.
Check out the Turbo their currently developing. It reminds me a bit of the Beech Starship or Piaggio Avanti.
If I were rich, I'd hire a bunch of lawyers and bury the TSA in motions and injunctions past their eyeballs.
Then I'd go see if Don Scherer wants to sell me his Beech Starship.

I like all of your ideas, but my dream purchase would be a 757 -- as well as fuel and a place to keep it.
However, more realistically, I would settle (is that the right word? hehe) for a DeHavilland Dash 8-102. They're small, don't need much space to take off (I had a 4-second t/o roll when doing LGA-ROC last year), and don't use as much fuel as a jet. Plus, then I'd have room for all of my friends :)
